Landcare Nursery Workshops
Come and get your hands dirty at Lower Burdekin Landcare's weekly Wednesday plant propagation workshops. Our nursery provides a meeting place for members of the public to learn, share and test new techniques and ideas for the garden.
Landcare Nursery Manager Ross Gelling leads these workshops together with a dedicated group of volunteers who propagate native plants for revegetation projects around the Burdekin.

Please wear covered shoes and a hat. Long sleeves and pants are recommended but not compulsory.

Storytime @ The Burdekin Library
Come along to Storytime every Friday and be entertained with stories, rhymes, songs and crafts to encourage children to discover the magic of reading! Storytime is perfect for children aged zero to five, but all ages are welcome.
Each week has a different theme that the stories and crafts are based on. Storytime runs from 10.30am to 11.30am.
